(Epoxy Based, Two-Component)
AREA OF USES
- Indoor and outdoor.
- Places where the surface has maximum 6% moisture.
- As a primer under the coatings in hygienic environments such as hospitals and laboratories, in food, medicine, dyestuff industries, printing houses, industrial kitchens, airplane maintenance hangars, factories, places where heavy forklift trucks are used, water purification facilities, places exposed to chemical corrosion, warehouses, terminals, shopping malls, schools and parking garages.
- Under epoxy based floor coatings.
ADVANTAGES
- The product is solvent free.
- Adheres perfectly on cement based moist surfaces and functions as a bonding bridge for epoxy coatings and paints that will be applied on it.
- Penetrates deeply and fills the capillary voids on the concrete surfaces.
- The product is low viscosity.
- The product have very good resistant to chemicals and inorganic acids, has high mechanical strength.
SUBSTRATES
Concrete, cement surfaces.

SURFACE PREPARATION
Concrete: Remove slip agent and other possible contaminants by emulsion washing followed by high pressure hosing with fresh water. Remove scum layer and loose matter to a hard, rough and uniform surface, preferably by abrasive blasting, possibly by other mechanical treatment or acid etching. Seal surface with suitable sealer, as per relevant painting specification.
PRECEDING COAT
None
MIXING
Before mixing with the curing agent, stir the base thoroughly in order to prevent any possible settling after storage. After mixing it is equally important to maintain stirring to keep the wet paint as a Homogeneous mixture.
APPLICATION CONDITIONS
Use only where application and drying can proceed at temperatures above 5°C, and relative humidity is below 75%. Apply only on a dry and clean surface.
WEATHERING
The natural tendency of epoxy coatings to chalk in outdoor exposure.
SAFETY
Handle with care. Before and during use, observe all safety labels on packaging and paint containers, consult Hayperflex material safety data sheets and follow all local or national safety regulations. Avoid inhalation, avoid contact with skin and eyes and do not swallow. Take precautions against possible risks of fire or explosions as well as protection of the environment. Apply only in well-ventilated areas.
REMARK
