Interior & Exterior Wall Paint

AC-101 is a product with a sophisticated formula, which has been modified by special chemicals and polymers to eliminate the moisture and dampness problems in the interior and exterior walls of the buildings. The product is thermoplastic resin based, solvent based, single component. It can be applied to any kind of humid or dry walls, painted and unpainted surfaces. Thanks to its excellent alkali and moisture resistance, it prevents the formation of moisture on the walls and destroys if there is any. The product have a superior adhesion strength in all kinds of surfaces is and does not swell and have a very good chemical resistance, it is UV stable paint and have good resistance against rain, water or salt. It can be used interior and exteriorly, in basements, in garages or in cellars. It forms a film layer showing excellent moisture resistance on the surface applied. Even if the paint or wall is humid, it adheres very well to the surface. It is not affected by salt water and efflorescence. Thanks to this feature, it is also used to solve the problem of paint swelling in buildings. The product is designed to penetrate into the walls and dries up the humidity inside the walls with the special chemicals in its ingredients.

AREA OF USES

It can be used in areas that are prone to condensation forming:

• On wall and ceiling that have problem of humidity and moisture.
• On painted or non-painted surfaces affected by humidity.
• In tunnels, on the walls of buildings facing north.
• In the elimination of problems arising from humidity and moisture.

SUBSTRATES

Concrete, masonry, Gypsum board, Cement board and wood surfaces.

SHELF LIFE / STORAGE CONDITIONS

24 months from date of production.

The product must be stored as per local storage regulations and should be kept in dry and well-ventilated location far from heat and direct sunlight.

APPLICATION DETAILS

SURFACE PREPARATION

Mould and fungi grown on the surface should be removed by the use of appropriate mechanical means, and all the dust must be removed by vacuum. Apply one coat of the product and wait for 24 hours before applying the second coat. After 72 hours, it possible to paint the surface with any coloured emulsion paint.

PRECEDING COAT

Do not use any primer under the paint.

APPLICATION CONDITIONS

Use only where application and drying can proceed at temperatures above 5oC, and relative humidity is below 75%. Apply only on a dry and clean surface.

REMARK

• All technical data stated in this Product Data Sheet are based on laboratory tests. Actual values may vary due to circumstances beyond our controls.
• Newly applied material should not be exposed to rain and frost for 24 hours.
• Thickness should be at least 1mm in applications that will be exposed to sunlight.
• It should not be used in rainy and fog weather under + 5 ° C.
