Epoxy Sealer SB is a low viscosity, two-pack epoxy clear coat with good penetration properties. The product have excellent properties in dust proofing, abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, and superior adhesion on porous surfaces.
(Two-Component)
RECOMMENDED USES
For sealing of well cleaned concrete surfaces before application of pigmented paints. Must be applied in such an amount that the surface is just saturated.
SHELF LIFE / STORAGE CONDITIONS
24 months from date of production.
The product must be stored as per local storage regulations and should be kept in dry and well-ventilated location far from heat and direct sunlight.

SURFACE PREPARATION
Cure concrete for at least 28 days at a temperature of 21? and a relative humidity of 50% For Site Instruction. Completely remove the oil, moisture, sand, dust, laitance and other foreign matter from the surface and maintain surface smoothness. Reinforce cracks, crevices, and joints between walls and floors with an epoxy putty after primer.
Remove slip agent and other possible contaminants by emulsion washing followed by high pressure hosing with fresh water. Remove scum layer and loose matter to a hard, rough and uniform surface, preferably by abrasive blasting, possibly by other mechanical treatment or acid etching.
PRECEDING COAT
None
MIXING THE PRODUCT
A and B component should be mixed with a low speed mixer for at least 3-4 minutes until a homogenous mixture is obtained by paying attention to mixture ratios. It is ready for application after mixing.
CLEANING
Clean all equipment and tools with strong solvent immediately after use
APPLICATION CONDITIONS
Use only where application and drying can proceed at temperatures above 5°C, and relative humidity is below 75%. Apply only on a dry and clean surface.
