Asphalt Paint

Deco Asphalt is a two-component cement based coating with a distinctive composition used to paint and give decorative colours to the asphalt product has a unique and sophisticated formula that makes it applicable to all asphalt floors. The surface accepts the hardness of cement materials and the flexibility of asphalt surfaces in addition to its high resistance to ultraviolet rays and mechanical wear.

SHELF LIFE / STORAGE CONDITIONS

24 months from date of production.

The product must be stored as per local storage regulations and should be kept in dry and well-ventilated location far from heat and direct sunlight.

APPLICATION DETAILS

SURFACE PREPARATION

The surface must be dry and free from dust, sand, oil, grease and other contaminants Asphalt should be fully hardened and compressed and must have aged for at least 6 months, if less than six month bleeding might occur. Concrete should be fully cured and free from loose matters.

MIXING

Put the liquid component into the mixing bowl, add 1.5 litre of water to liquid, slowly pour the powder component into the liquid, and keep mixing by low speed mixer until there is no lump. Wait for 5 minutes until it becomes viscous and then mix for 20 - 30 seconds and apply in one direction and corners with a brush.

APPLICATION

Apply the substrate in two coats by brush, roller, spraying. The application of each layer should be perpendicular to the previous one, and should be completed at one time. The prepared mortar should be consumed within 30 minutes. Su Water is not added to the mixture during application. The powder component must always be added to the liquid component. Wait for 2-3 hours between coats. Drying time may be prolonged in low temperature and high humidity environmental.

CLEANING

Clean all equipment and tools with water immediately after use.

SAFETY

As with all chemical products contact with food, skin eyes and mouth should be avoided during usages and storing. If swallowed by accident. Consult a doctor in case of contact with skin rinse with plenty of water. Keep out of reach of children.
