    It is decorative, durable aggregate-filled system. This is a complete system which includes epoxy primer, pebble rock aggregate, or grinded glass or any natural material), special binder and a protective clear coat. It provides a slip and impact resistant surface with exceptional strength and wear characteristics. The system has the ability to install over concrete or wood substrates. In addition, it have a variety of aggregate colours may be blended to match any décor.

    SURFACE PREPARATION

    Concrete: Concrete must be clean, dry and free of grease, paint, oil, dust, curing agents, or any foreign material that will prevent proper adhesion. The concrete should be porous and be able to absorb water. A minimum of 30 days cure is required on all concrete. Relative humidity in the concrete floor slab should be below 80%. Concrete surfaces shall be bead blasted or diamond grinded to remove all surface contaminants and laitance. Cracks should be chased with a diamond crack chaser (approximately ¼” x ¼”), swept, vacuumed or blown clean and filled with Hayperflex Epoxy Filler or Hayperflex Epoxy Mortar.

    Then full coat of Epoxy Sealer -SF should be applied with stainless steel trowel. Then mix the pebble aggregates with the binder and spread by stainless steel trowel and after drying, apply one coat of Hyglass by roll.

    MOISTURE

    Layers should be protected from moisture for 4-6 hours after application. Moisture may whiten the surface or/and make it sticky. It may also disturb hardening. Faded or sticky layers in parts of the surface should be removed by grinding or milling and laid again.

    APPLICATION CONDITIONS

    Use only where application and drying can proceed at temperatures above: 10°C/50°F. The temperature of paint itself should be 15°C/59°F or above. Apply only on a dry and clean surface with a Temperature above the dew point to avoid condensation. In confined spaces, provide adequate ventilation during application and drying.

    CLEANING

    Clean all equipment and tools with strong solven.t immediately after use.

    REMARK

    • All technical data stated in this Product Data Sheet are based on laboratory tests. Actual values may vary due to circumstances beyond our controls.
    • Newly applied material should not be exposed to rain and frost for 24 hours.
    • It should not be used in rainy and fog weather under + 5 ° C.
